Free entry: Children age 4 and under enter free but each needs an individual ticket/QR code. SNAP/CalFresh EBT cardholders receive free entry for the cardholder plus up to three additional people; go to the Main Entrance with the valid EBT card and matching photo ID—this cannot be reserved online. Necessary caregivers assisting a visitor with a disability, and interpreters accompanying deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors, may enter free; arrange caregiver admission with the Concierge Team in advance.

Sold out? Do not buy resale or third-party tickets: the Aquarium says it has no authorized third-party sellers and prohibits transfer/resale. Recheck the official calendar for tickets released through customer exchanges; if none appear, choose another available date. Tickets are generally available day-of, but buy ahead for summer, weekends and holidays.
